Owner/Developer
Prem has a long-standing career in Corporate Sales Leadership in industries including Telecommunications, Education, and IT across APAC and has lived in Australia for most of his life. He played a key role in bringing HTC Mobiles to the Australian market and has served on the boards of several Australian tech startups, focusing on go-to-market strategies. Having seen firsthand the difficulties faced by interstate and international employees at the IT companies he worked for, LavaKusha Homes became Prem’s entrepreneurial venture to address the gap.

George El-Sabbagh is the founder and owner of Faircorp Developments. With over 23 years of industry experience, George is known for his strong leadership and deep knowledge of residential and commercial construction. He has successfully delivered a wide range of quality developments across NSW – designer project homes, townhouses and multi-level apartment unit blocks, community centres, schools and retail. His commitment to excellence and strategic vision have positioned Faircorp as a trusted name in the construction industry.

Construction Manager
Marc El-Sabbagh is the Construction Manager at Faircorp Developments, playing a vital role in the coordination and execution of ongoing projects. He supports both on-site and administrative operations, ensuring that daily construction activities run smoothly and efficiently. With a hands-on approach and strong organisational skills, Marc is instrumental in maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Marc has a Civil Engineering Degree, specialising in Residential and Commercial Construction from Western University, Sydney.

As the founder and Managing Director of Construction Consultants, Michael grew the company from a one-man operation into a thriving team of over 45 professionals who share his values of integrity, communication, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The company’s outstanding reputation is the result of Michael’s dedication to building genuine relationships with clients, staff, and industry institutions. Michael has extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. His leadership and insights over 23 years have earned him recognition as an industry voice, with appointments to multiple advisory panels.
Charles Boumoussa
General Manager, Project Management
Charles is a highly regarded and skilled Project Manager with broad experience across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, and healthcare. He leads a team of project managers and oversees the progress of projects across Sydney and Melbourne. Charles holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Urban Development and Design, and is a licensed contractor with extensive on-site experience.
Kristian Walkowsky
General Manager, Quantity Surveying Services
Kristian brings a background in planning and construction, experienced in both Project Management and Quantity Surveying, specialising in the financial aspects of the industry. He liaises with financiers, developers, contractors, and government bodies to facilitate and assure the timely and quality delivery of Quantity Surveying services. He ensures the team remains at the forefront by undertaking research and development for new services and stays on top of changing regulations.
